the kathryn dress
a soft cotton dress for everyday fall adventures, made to order just for you.
+100% unbleached organic cotton (originating and woven in the USA), brushed to a
near-flannel softness
+hand dyed a pretty purple-y navy (let's call it squid ink)
+hand printed with an original tidal detritus print by valerian in cream ink
+matching fabric covered buttons
+in-seam side pockets at the hips
this organic cotton is nice and soft with a good weight for fall. if you're familiar with the kat
dress of this past summer, this fabric is a good deal heavier (but not too heavy) and not
sheer at all. also, unlike the summer version, this does not have puff sleeves (at least,
they're not puffy at the shoulder)
the completion of this dress involves many steps in a loving process that is very time
consuming (but completely worth it), and therefore your dress will take approximately 2-3
weeks to ship. thank you for your patience! it will be rewarded kindly.
please keep in mind that due to the small batch dyeing and printing process the color of
your dress, pattern placement and print quality may vary slightly from that which you see
in these photos. the individual qualities of each dress are what make them unique and
special. please know that i would never send you an inferior dress that i would not wear
